The October Long Weekend provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in, invigorate, and inspire your yoga practice by attending both a morning and evening class with James over three consecutive days.
The morning classes will be active, focusing on standing poses, forward bends, twists and backbends, whereas the evening sessions will be more restorative in nature, addressing supine poses, inversions and pranayama.
Class times are 7.30 - 9am and 4.30 - 6pm each day.
Attend in-person at the school or online, or do a mixture of both. Individual classes can be attended online only.
These sessions are open to all regular students of the school, or regular Iyengar yoga students.
