Four consecutive morning sessions over the festive season provide an opportunity to both invigorate and restore yourself in preparation for the New Year.

The classes will be taken by James, and be a combination of active and restorative sequences, best suited to regular Iyengar yoga practitioners.

Class will be held from 7.30 - 10am each day from Monday 28th - Thursday 31st December, and can be attended in-person or online.

The on-going Covid situation will mean a strict limit on in-person places - book today to secure your place. Individual in-person classes, if still available, will be open to bookings from 27th December.
